Its advanced formulation delivers speed, sharpness, and grain improvements for photographers while offering processing benefits to education users.

Kodak Xtol developer uses ascorbic acid as the active ingredient rather than hydroquinone. It will produce negatives with enhanced image structure from all black-and-white films. The two-part developer has the cost, packaging, and transport benefits of a powder. The developer''s unique chemical formula allows much simpler mixing of working solutions. This is the real improvement over ID11 or D76 as it mixes at room temperature (20 degrees C) not 40 degrees like its predecessors.

A changing bag is probably the most essential piece of equipment a photographer can carry, and it is also one of the most simple. Having a changing bag to hand means that a jammed or partly exposed film can be safely removed from the camera and shooting can continue and it will allow a film to be loaded into a developing tank without having to first find a darkroom.
